Many of our patients’ families and friends often ask how they can honor the memory of a loved one. We offer community memorial services, memorial bricks in our memory garden, leaves for our Tree of Life Memorial, memorial benches, Veterans Honor Wall and pavers in the Healing Garden.

Candlelight Memorial
The community is welcome to join us at our yearly memorial service which is open to the public as well as to family members of UpliftedCare patients. This beautiful service is held each spring. See our calendar page for details

Tree of Life
We invite you to add a leaf to our Tree of Life in honor of an organization or in memory of a loved one. When you make your contribution, the leaf will be inscribed with the name of your choice and added to the Tree of Life in the UpliftedCare Community Grief Center Lobby as a tribute to human compassion. Memory Garden
UpliftedCare has constructed a Memory Garden behind our office and a Healing Garden behind the Community Grief Center.
